In compliance with the provisions of the Spanish Data Protection Act (LO 15/1999, of December 13th, of Protection of Personal Data), TRATAMIENTO Y GESTIÓN DE LA IDENTIDAD, S.L.U. (hereafter, the company), residing at Parque Tecnológio de Asturias – Edificio CEEI, Local 308, 33428 Llanera (Asturias), reports to the user who is registered in the website www.nuebbo.com (hereafter, the site), that all personal data that are provided when registering in each one of the NUEBBO virtual card holder services, as well as when creating own cards, will be included in a file, which title will belong to the company, and with the goal of managing the above-mentioned services and, when corresponding, the invoicing of them.
Besides, for all users who have the fee access to the NUEBBO virtual card holder services, their data will be used for the sending of commercial communications, by electronic means, about products or services which might result interesting, whether marketed by the company, either by thirds. The sending of these communications, that will always be made by the company and will be directed to the NUEBBO card holder, is an indispensable condition for the free use of th services related to it. If the user does not want his data are used with this goal, he must not register in the service and, if he was already registered, must send a communication to datos@nuebbo.com, applying for the discharge. The rejection to receive such communications will imply the discharge in the service, but the user decides subscribe by paying an amount.
The data of the subscripted users, this is, those users who pay an amount to extend the number of updating of his card, will not be used for advertising.
The user guarantees the provided information to the company when filling the register forms in the website is truthful, exact and complete and commits to keep it updated. If an user provided a false data, inexact or incomplete, or if the company had enough reasons to suspect such information was false, inexact or incomplete, will be able to unsubscribe in the service and, even, deny the access in the future.
The user is able to execute freely the access rights, rectification, cancellation or opposition about his data by sending a written communication to datos@nuebbo.com.
When registering in the NUEBBO virtual card holder service, the user authorized expressly to the company to proceed in the treatment of his data in the described terms in this clause. If the user were underage will have to obtain his parents’ or his legal representatives’ authorization, before accessing to these services.
The company guarantees the complete confidentiality of the user’s data, and for this reason the company has proceed to establish all necessary measures to guarantee his integrity and avoid his alteration, loose or non-authorized treatment.
As far as the NUEBBO card holder service lets the user store third’s data to which the company could have access, the company commits to treat them only to provide the service, not to communicate them, nor for their conservation, to other people, guarantee the adoption of the necessary security measures, keep absolute secret and confidentiality about them and, once the services have finished, destroy them, as well as any medium or document in which they appear, but there is any legal obligation of custody or the conservation is necessary to face possible responsibilities.
